Processing time
We process and pack orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, typical delivery windows are:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and customs processing can add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually normal — but reach out if you're concerned.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
